VirtualNexus is an entertainment-only platform. All digital assets, including "Virtual Credits," are for in-platform use, have no real-world cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or converted into fiat currency.

Purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Any unauthorized commercial activity, fraud, abuse, or conduct that violates these terms or harms other users will result in immediate account termination.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and VirtualNexus regarding your use of the platform and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.

We collect only the data necessary to operate and secure the platform. This includes your email address, IP logs, and transaction metadata.

This information is used to secure your account, prevent fraud, and process payments via Stripe. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. VirtualNexus does not store your full payment card details on its servers.

We may retain transaction and account data for legal, security, and operational purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
